Robert W. Hunt 
Senior Vice President, Commercial Development
Robert W. Hunt's commercial real estate career has spanned over 27 years and has encompassed the development and acquisition of over 5.5 million square feet of office, industrial and retail properties throughout Texas. Robert is a native Texan from San Antonio who attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received a BBA in Marketing and a MBA in Finance. After military service and brief stints on Wall Street and in commercial banking, Robert entered the real estate industry in 1978 as a real estate broker specializing in investment properties and industrial sales and leasing. In 1982, he co-founded Selig Hunt & Co.
where he was responsible for overseeing project development, management and leasing
functions for company projects which included numerous retail and industrial
projects. In 1988, he joined the Embrey organization as Senior Vice President
of Commercial Development. Today Robert also serves as President of Trinity Asset
Development Company, Ltd. an affiliated commercial entity of Embrey. During his
tenure, he has guided the company's third party management and leasing operations,
averaging over 2 million square feet for various institutional clients, and also
oversaw the company's investment brokerage division with major investment sales
and leasing activities that exceeded $100 million in value. Since 1995, Robert
has been primarily involved in and directed approximately 3 million square feet
of office and industrial acquisition and development projects in Texas.
Robert is a member of various boards and organizations including Urban Land Institute, a past member of the City of San Antonio Zoning Commission, and past President of The Real Estate Council of San Antonio.

Frank’s responsibilities
include development and project management of Trinity Asset Development’s
varied commercial projects.Capitalizing on his multi-level real
estate experience, Frank assists on all phases of a project: from
its inception and pre-development, thru its construction and marketing.
A native of San Antonio, Frank was grateful to return home a few years ago after
living in Austin, where he attended the University of Texas for his undergraduate
and graduate work in Geography and Community & Regional Planning specializing
in resource management and land use. Frank also spent his time in Austin, both
during and after school, working in the city’s dynamic real estate market as
a residential market analyst and residential and commercial development manager. After
returning to San Antonio in 2001, Frank went to work on various residential urban
projects as well as residential land acquisition and development.
Frank is a member of the Urban Land Institute as well as the American Planning
Association.
Frank and his wife, Colleen, love San Antonio, enjoying its exceptional quality
of life, diversity, and the rich cultural and historical experiences that it
has to offer. Both are members of various committees in the area and enjoy giving
to some of their favorite charities.
