Construction  Lynn Snowden Lynn Snowden   Senior Vice President, Construction For over 17 years, Embrey’s Senior Vice President of Construction, Lynn Snowden has been turning plans and visions into reality utilizing wood and brick. With responsibility for all of Embrey’s construction activities, Lynn has built numerous residential developments in varying parts of the country. He has been involved in the construction of over 8,000 apartment homes and numerous single family homes throughout Colorado, Texas, Kansas, Indiana, Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction, Lynn joined the Embrey team. Beginning his career as an estimator for Embrey, Lynn has been involved in all aspects of multi-family residential construction including estimating, budgeting, bidding, on-site supervision, project management and development. He has spent 12 of his 17 year career as a part of the Embrey construction team. Between time with Embrey, Lynn had constructed semi-custom homes with a large home builder in the Houston area.
