Construction  Ted Emrie Ted Emrie    President, Construction Ted Emrie contributes 30 years of contracting and multi-family expertise to Embrey Partners, having been previously responsible for strategic planning, business development and maintaining operations for a regional general contractor. Mr. Emrie’s experience includes in excess of 37,000 multi-family units, including luxury apartments, student housing, senior housing and military housing. Ted’s career has evolved from laborer as a fourth generation builder through superintendent, estimator, project manager, executive, vice president, president to partner while building relationships and adding value to each project. His education includes a BA from the University of Texas at Austin and MBA from the University of Dallas and combines business acumen, technological abilities and advances with an eye to the past values of craftsmanship, quality, integrity and pride in well-executed projects.
